Intervals stairclimber: Work rate- 50, Rest rate- 35
20 min.
Oblique Side raise- 2sets, 10 reps
10 Burpees!!!
Full Sit up with Kettle bell- 10lbs- 2 sets, 15 sit ups.
I'm thinking of a good speed workout next time you're at the gym. How about 6.5 for a max speed for 30 seconds, then slow down to 5 for 1:30, repeat for a total of 12 minutes. Do a walk to get your breath back, then a 1/2 mile easy jog/walk :)
